We don’t get lops as often as some other types of buns here at the center, so it was no surprise that Donut got a lot of attention from potential adopters. We are happy to report that the right human came along and fell in love with Donut. He has been officially adopted and has himself a forever home! Yay Donut!! Best of luck in your new home little buddy!

Original Post: Have you been waiting for a Fuzzy Lop to adopt? If so, little Donut might be your man! Donut is an absolutely precious bunny. Those big floppy ears of his are just adorable and his happy perky attitude makes him a fun companion! Donut loves his toys which makes it fun to watch him play and exercise his busy bunny brain. He also loves socializing with the other bunnies. Donut is the social butterfly of the bunch! But when it comes time for pets, Donut won’t miss an opportunity! He loves the attention and will sit for long periods of time while getting pet. Donut is at the Rabbit Center and would love a visit and some head rubs!

If you are interested in adopting one of our available rabbits, please read about our Adoption Procedures here. Please be advised you must be at least 18 years of age to qualify. We do not adopt to college students living in dorms or to daycare facilities.
The GHRS is an all volunteer 501c3 charitable organization. We rely on the generous donations of people like you to continue our work of rescuing rabbits in need. Any assistance is greatly appreciated and helps us feed, house and supply medical care for our shelter rabbits. If you would like to make a tax deductible donation, please visit our PayPal Page. The buns will be forever grateful!
